Routine Can Sunlight Morning, Can Cure Depression & Mental Disorders

Most people may not have been aware of the importance of sunlight. Although it seems trivial, but apparently exposure to sunlight can give a big influence on the health of people against depression and schizophrenia you know.

The study, published in the annual conference of The International Early Psychosis Association found that low levels of vitamin D in the body can improve symptoms in depressed patients. Researchers also looked at whether low levels of vitamin D are associated with the onset of symptoms that could decrease a person’s cognitive function.

In the journal Issues in Mental Health Nursing is also said that less sunlight can not only increase the incidence of depression, but also increase the possibility of mental disorders and personality. Less vitamin D can also cause rapid dementia and migraine.

And sure enough, the level of stress or deep pressure from someone who stayed indoors all day long for a long time can make him depressed. That is why, many people who experience mental health disorders will more often do outdoor walks therapy, not just to get fresh air, but more important is getting morning sun rays rich in vitamin D.

According to the National Institutes of Health, vitamin D itself has many benefits, one of which helps the absorption of calcium in the body, increasing the body’s bone density and immune function, even maintain healthy skin.
